We value people who show grit, communicate openly, and stay focused on delivering outcomes that matter more than personal preferences.
The role
We are hiring an AppDev Practice Lead on a full-time basis. This executive-level position guides technical direction, mentors consultants, and partners directly with clients to shape application-development strategy. The work is performed remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Core responsibilities
- Define and champion best practices for application development so teams consistently deliver high-quality, value-focused solutions.
- Act as a technical advisor and thought leader, providing hands-on guidance and strategic recommendations that help clients and internal teams solve complex challenges.
- Lead and mentor software consultants, cultivate high-performing blended teams, and represent Trility in client meetings, proposals, and industry presentations.
Skills and experience
Candidates must bring at least fifteen years of experience across varied teams, environments, and applications, including five or more years as a technical consultant. Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, and Angular is required, along with deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies, Agile frameworks, and DevOps practices. Expert communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to manage stakeholder expectations, navigate conflict, and translate enterprise patterns into reusable solutions. All work is conducted in English, and applicants must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Compensation and benefits
We offer remote work from anywhere in the United States, paid time off, company holidays, and floating holidays. Employees receive a 401(k) plan with matching and immediate vesting, contributions toward comprehensive benefits premiums, and a learning budget that supports ongoing professional development. Work hours are flexible, and the role includes opportunities to attend conferences and pursue sponsored learning.
