The opportunity

We are looking for an App Store Optimization Specialist to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Spain. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the organic growth of our mobile titles across the App Store and Google Play. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and creative design, using your analytical expertise to refine our store presence, boost conversion rates, and ensure our games reach the widest possible audience. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone who loves data as much as they love mobile gaming.

A day in the life

• You will research and implement ASO strategies to maximize organic discovery for our games, ensuring our titles stand out in a crowded marketplace.
• You will take ownership of testing and optimizing visual assets and content, creating clear briefs for our art and copy teams to improve conversion performance.
• You will track key performance metrics and analyze competitor trends to provide actionable insights that guide our product and marketing roadmaps.

Who you are

You are a creative thinker with a sharp analytical mind and a proven track record in ASO. You feel comfortable navigating the mobile gaming landscape and have the technical skills to back up your strategy. Specifically, you bring:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a talent for spotting patterns in complex data.
• The ability to translate intricate data analysis into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, allowing you to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• A proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage projects independently and with high precision.
