What you bring
We are looking for a Mid-Level App Store Optimization Manager to join us full time on-site in the United States. In this role you will own the ASO strategy for our portfolio of mobile games, using keyword research, A/B testing, and data analysis to lift visibility and conversion. You will work closely with product, marketing, and user-acquisition teams to turn insights into measurable growth. Three main responsibilities include developing and executing ASO strategies across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, planning and running A/B tests on creatives and store listings, and monitoring performance metrics to deliver actionable recommendations. The position is based in the United States.
Requirements
You bring at least two years of hands-on experience in ASO, creative optimization, or digital marketing, ideally within mobile gaming. You are comfortable analyzing data from tools such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, Google Play Console, and App Store Connect, and you know how to translate those insights into ranking improvements. Proficiency with metadata optimization, Custom Product Pages, and Custom Store Listings is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills allow you to share findings clearly with stakeholders, while a collaborative mindset helps you partner effectively with design and product teams. A genuine passion for games and the ability to juggle multiple titles and deadlines round out the profile we seek.
What we offer
The annual base salary range for this role is $139,000-$150,000.
