What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Apollo Academy Instructor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position where you will serve as a key educator for our global user base. You will leverage your deep expertise in prospecting, sales engagement, and sales management to help our customers master our platform and refine their own sales strategies.
What will you do?
- Develop engaging, concise how-to video content and certification tracks for the Apollo Academy that will be utilized by our users, partners, and internal teams.
- Host recurring live training sessions to onboard new users and ensure they are set up for success with our product.
- Interview our power users and customers to uncover winning tactics, then translate those insights into valuable educational content for our broader audience.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have 5 to 7 years of experience in software sales or sales management, with at least 3 years spent in closing roles. You must be fluent in English and possess the following qualities:
- A strong portfolio of video training or educational content that highlights your dynamic on-camera presence.
- Expertise in sales intelligence, sales engagement, and sales automation tools.
- Exceptional extemporaneous speaking abilities, allowing you to create compelling content without needing heavy scripts.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A track record of driving measurable results and a passion for coaching others to achieve their sales goals.
