What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Apollo Academy Instructor to join our Customer Education team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position for a seasoned sales expert who is passionate about teaching and coaching. You will play a vital role in helping our global user base master the art of sales by leveraging our platform to its fullest potential. If you have a deep background in sales development, management, and enablement, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to shape the educational journey of our customers.
What will you do?
- Develop and produce engaging, high-quality how-to video content and certification tracks that will be featured directly within the Apollo platform and our Academy.
- Host daily live onboarding webinars to guide new users through our product, ensuring they are set up for immediate success.
- Collaborate with our customers and internal power users to identify and document winning sales strategies that can be shared across our broader community.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should be a dynamic communicator with a strong background in software sales. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and experience:
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in software sales, sales development, or sales management, including a minimum of 3 years in closing roles.
- A strong portfolio of video training or educational content that showcases your ability to engage an audience on camera.
- Advanced proficiency with sales intelligence, engagement, and automation tools.
- Excellent extemporaneous speaking skills, allowing you to create compelling content without relying on heavy scripting.
- Strong project management abilities, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and collaborating effectively across teams.
- Fluency in English.
