Role at a glance
We are hiring an API Engineering Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. We need an experienced lead who is ready to dive into our systems and help us grow.
Your impact
- Take charge of our API architecture by designing new systems and optimizing existing ones to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Improve our codebase through consistent refactoring and by writing comprehensive tests to ensure high quality.
- Collaborate with other engineers to identify bottlenecks, explain our technical approach, and implement new features at a fast pace.
What you'll need
- Proven experience working with medium to large-sized codebases.
- Technical expertise in API development and orchestrating AWS Lambda architectures.
- A proactive mindset toward testing and code maintenance.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively discuss technical strategies with the team.
- The ability to connect with external services and manage background processes efficiently.
