The role
We are looking for a mid-level professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Contract Recruiter. This is a full-time, six-month contract position based in Malaysia. In this role, you will operate in a hybrid work environment, managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for our various Asian markets. We are seeking someone who is passionate about identifying top-tier talent and thrives in a growth-oriented, innovative company culture.
Core responsibilities
- Own and execute the entire full life-cycle recruitment process, from initial sourcing to managing applicant flow within our tracking system.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and our People team to define role requirements and develop comprehensive, effective recruiting strategies.
- Utilize creative and proactive sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify and engage passive candidates who can help us grow.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, with a proven ability to attract and retain high-quality talent.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruiting efforts.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in an additional Asian language is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience working within Asian markets is highly preferred.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for working within a high-performing team on diverse initiatives.
