What you bring
We are seeking a mid-level professional to join us as a full-time, 6-month Contract Recruiter. Based in Malaysia with a hybrid work arrangement, you will play a vital role in our Talent Acquisition team by managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for our Asian markets. Your work will directly impact our ability to attract top-tier talent through the following responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies by partnering closely with hiring managers and our People team to define key role requirements.
- Proactively source high-quality passive candidates using advanced techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and strategic networking.
- Manage the entire recruitment process and applicant flow within our tracking system while championing diversity initiatives to ensure a varied candidate slate.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, ideally with a background in managing high-volume hiring. We are looking for a collaborative team player who is passionate about talent acquisition and willing to support special projects as needed. You must possess excellent communication skills in English, and proficiency in an additional Asian language is considered a significant advantage. Having prior experience recruiting within Asian markets will also help you hit the ground running. We value candidates who are creative in their sourcing methods and who bring a proactive, inquisitive mindset to our high-performing team.
