About the Role
We are currently seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 6-month engagement. In this full-time, mid-level role, you will oversee the entire recruitment life cycle for positions within various Asian markets. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies by partnering closely with hiring managers and our People team to define role requirements.
- Conduct proactive, high-level sourcing for passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and diverse networking channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including applicant flow within our tracking system and active collaboration on diversity-focused hiring initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, with a proven ability to attract and retain high-quality talent.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment efforts.
- Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in an additional Asian language being considered a significant advantage.
- Prior experience recruiting within Asian markets is highly preferred.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for working within a high-performing team environment.
Location
This position is based in Malaysia and operates under a hybrid work model.
