We are looking for a strategic leader to help us expand our reach and impact across the Asia-Pacific region.
About the Role
We are searching for an APAC Business Development Director to join our growing team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead our efforts to build and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators and ecosystem partners throughout Asia. You will be instrumental in aligning our business plans with partner needs to drive success and support our sales objectives in key market segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with emerging and strategic system integrators to expand our ecosystem and maintain high-level business connections.
- Lead executive-level discussions with prospective partners and customers while providing accurate forecasting for strategic opportunities and radar sales.
- Represent our company at industry conferences, conduct on-site product training, and serve as a technical expert to ensure our partners are fully equipped for success.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in technical sales and partnership management. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle, complex partner and channel sales.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience representing complex technical hardware solutions.
- A solid network and deep understanding of the CUAS system integrator ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to present to executive-level stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- The capacity to travel up to 50 percent of the time.
- Technical acumen with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, as is experience with perimeter security, defense partners, RF technology, or UAS hardware.
Location
This position is based in Australia and operates in a remote capacity.
