What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Anti-fraud, Payments and Risk Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Brazil. This is a high-visibility position where you will lead our local operations, drive process improvements, and help shape our product roadmap. We need someone with at least three years of experience managing medium-to-large operational teams within the iGaming industry, specifically focusing on payments, fraud, and KYC.
What will you do?
- Lead, coach, and develop our team of APR analysts in Brazil by managing their training, performance, and daily schedules.
- Refine our operational processes to ensure the team has the necessary resources to manage risk, handle complex investigations, and maintain compliance with AML and CFT regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, and commercial departments to identify efficiency improvements and report technical issues to our development teams.

- A proven track record of leadership in anti-fraud, payments, and risk management within the online gambling sector.

- Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Portuguese is considered a major asset.
- A hands-on, proactive attitude toward mitigating business risks and driving operational excellence.
