Anti-Bot Engineer at Adthena

We are looking for a Senior Anti-Bot Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain large-scale Python scraping systems capable of operating reliably against highly defended platforms like Google.
• Implement sophisticated browser automation strategies using tools such as Playwright and Selenium to handle dynamic, JavaScript-heavy content.
• Proactively manage infrastructure performance by optimizing proxy usage, fingerprinting, and request-routing to ensure maximum stability and data accuracy.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced engineer who is comfortable solving complex problems in hostile technical environments. You should have a strong background in the following areas:

• Extensive professional experience developing production-grade scraping systems using Python.
• Deep technical knowledge of HTTP, browser networking, and anti-bot evasion techniques.
• Hands-on experience with browser automation frameworks and managing data extraction at scale.
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to maintain robust, observable data pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is considered a significant advantage.
