The opportunity
We are looking for an Annotations Specialist I to join our engineering team in India. In this full-time, on-site role, you will work alongside world-class software experts and AI research engineers to ensure our technology remains at the cutting edge. Your work is essential to our mission, as you will be responsible for the precise annotation and analysis of data that trains our AI, directly impacting the quality and functionality of the AlphaSense platform.
A day in the life
- You will take ownership of the annotation process, carefully organizing and labeling data to ensure our AI models receive the highest quality training materials.
- You will collaborate closely with our AI research engineers to monitor model performance, verify quality issues, and provide actionable feedback to improve our internal tools.
- You will act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, keeping them updated on the progress and timelines of your annotation projects.
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in finance and a passion for technology. You thrive in collaborative environments but are equally capable of managing your own tasks independently. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, such as B.Com, M.Com, or BMS.
- A cleared CFA Level I certification.
- A solid grasp of financial concepts and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
- Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in essential productivity software, specifically GSuite and MS Office.
