What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Android Mobile Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in our vibrant office in Portugal, you will play a key role in driving our mobile strategy by writing high-quality code and implementing effective design patterns. Your work will involve leveraging your expertise in Kotlin, Java, and REST API architecture to build seamless experiences for our global users. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Guiding feature development while ensuring high product quality across our Android applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop common libraries and architectural solutions.
• Promoting best practices in development and maintaining a strong commitment to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least five years of professional experience in Android development. We value candidates who possess a deep understanding of memory management, UI rendering, and network performance. You should be comfortable working with both client-side development and backend API stacks. Proficiency in English is essential for this role, as you will be communicating within a diverse, international team.
