We're looking for an Android Developer Lead to join our team! This role will involve both technical leadership and hands-on coding.

At Intelliware you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a top-notch team building a new mobile service offering. We have virtual collaborative project rooms where you’ll work closely with a cross functional team including client subject matter experts, end users, and IT teams to deliver proof-of-concept prototypes through bulletproof, long living, high volume production applications.
While working with a team in an Agile environment, you will be:
Providing technical leadership, clarity and direction for the team and client Facilitating design/architecture discussionsDeveloping creative, innovative and practical mobile solutionsEstimating, tasking and prototypingContributing clear and maintainable code to a shared codebaseCollaborating with cross-functional team members on features, design and implementationClarifying requirements with team and client representativesInvestigating, learning and applying new technologies/processes’Must Have’ Skills/Experience:
Proven experience leading the development and release of native mobile applications with AndroidStrong experience and expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose Experience working with Android Studio or other mobile IDEStrong understanding of MVVM Experience working with different stakeholders, both technical and non-technicalKnowledgeable and interested in User Experience best practices and designAbility to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teamsProven experience leading and mentoring other developers’Nice to Have’ Skills/Experience:
Exposure to and enthusiasm for Agile approaches to software development e.g. testing, continuous integration, project rooms, pair programming, etc.Fluent and current in HTML5, CSS and JavaScriptExperience developing and releasing a native mobile application in iOS, React Native, Ionic, or FlutterExperience with Social Network APIs such as Google APIs, Facebook and TwitterExperience with distributed version control Experience releasing to Google Play Console or iTunes App StoreIntelliware is committed to diversity in the workplace.
