We are looking for a talented Android Engineer to join our team in Australia and help us scale our impact as we continue to transform workplace wellbeing.
What you'll be doing
- You will design, implement, and test native Android applications through iterative development cycles.
- You will collaborate closely with our design and product teams to integrate new features and refine the user experience.
- You will maintain high software standards by participating in code reviews, diagnosing performance issues, and creating detailed technical documentation.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in mobile development and a passion for building high-quality software. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience building native Android applications with Kotlin.
- Expertise in the Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, and Material Design principles.
- A solid understanding of Coroutines and Flow for asynchronous programming.
- Experience with MVVM architecture, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- A portfolio of apps you have published on the Google Play Store.
- Full working rights for Australia, such as Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
