We are looking for a talented Senior Android Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE, and help us build the future of decentralized finance. Please note that this role is based on-site, and we are happy to provide visa sponsorship to support your relocation within one to two months of starting.

What you'll be doing

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, visually engaging Android applications by leveraging Kotlin, the Android SDK, and Jetpack Compose.
• Partner with our product and design teams to translate Figma prototypes into intuitive features that enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with our blockchain engineers to integrate GraphQL for efficient data querying and implement web3 technologies to enable seamless smart contract interactions and wallet connectivity.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in mobile engineering and a passion for the blockchain space. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Android development, with deep expertise in Kotlin, Android SDK, and Jetpack Compose.
• Proven experience building mobile applications that interact with backend systems and databases, with GraphQL knowledge being a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated Unit and UI testing, and version control systems like Git.
• A strong interest in or prior experience with the Ethereum ecosystem and blockchain-compatible libraries.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the communication skills necessary to articulate complex technical concepts clearly within a collaborative, international team.
• Fluency in English.
