The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our engineering team in Romania. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will take ownership of the entire development lifecycle for our mobile applications. You will be a key player in our mission to deliver reliable and accurate software, ensuring that our products remain at the forefront of performance and design. While we start with a period of full-time office presence to help you settle in, you will eventually enjoy a flexible schedule with 2 to 3 days of remote work each week.

A day in the life

• You will design, develop, test, and maintain robust Android applications while ensuring they meet our high standards for performance and scalability.
• You will build and implement user interface components by following established Android workflows and industry best practices.
• You will collaborate closely with product and engineering leads to translate business objectives into technical solutions, while also performing code reviews to support our CI/CD processes.

Who you are

You are a seasoned developer who brings at least 4 years of hands-on experience in creating and launching Android applications. You possess a deep understanding of Android framework architecture, and you are comfortable working with OOP and SOLID principles. Your technical toolkit includes strong proficiency in Git version control and experience integrating RESTful APIs. While your focus is native Android development, having knowledge of React Native is a significant advantage. We value clear communication in English and look for individuals who are self-driven and eager to uphold the highest technical standards.
