What you'll be doing
- You will design and build user interfaces using a mix of Jetpack Compose and traditional XML layouts to meet our project requirements.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new features while utilizing MVVM architecture and various Jetpack libraries.
- You will take responsibility for troubleshooting bugs, optimizing app performance, and refactoring existing code to ensure our platform remains stable and clean.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within our engineering culture. You should have the following qualifications:
- You have between 0 and 1 year of experience working with Kotlin for Android development.
- You possess a solid understanding of the Android SDK and core libraries.
- You are familiar with Git for version control and have a basic grasp of how to handle REST APIs and JSON data.
- You have experience with MVVM architecture, including components like ViewModel and StateFlow.
- You are comfortable with both Jetpack Compose and XML-based UI design.
- You have a strong command of the English language.
- It is a bonus if you have exposure to Dependency Injection tools like Dagger or Hilt, or experience with libraries such as Retrofit and Kotlin Coroutines.
