We are currently looking for a new team member to join our growing Solutions department.

What is this role?

We are seeking a Mid-Level Analytics Solutions Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. In this position, you will act as a bridge between our technical capabilities and our clients, helping to build innovative analytics solutions that solve complex business challenges as our company continues to scale rapidly.

What will you do?

• Take ownership of analytics engagements by understanding client challenges and translating them into actionable roadmaps.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables are met on time while maintaining clear documentation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, data scientists, engineers, and account managers, to brainstorm and execute bespoke client solutions.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have 3 to 5 years of experience in an analytics or marketing analytics role, ideally within an agency or ad-tech environment. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with a startup mindset and a passion for solving commercial problems using technical tools. Your background should include:

• Proven proficiency in Excel, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, or Looker.
• Technical knowledge in at least one of the following: Python, Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
• Strong communication skills, specifically the ability to translate complicated technical data into easy-to-understand stories for clients.
• Fluency in English.
