Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Analytics Project Manager to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on managing complex, high-impact projects and wants to help us deliver data-driven solutions that have never been done before.
Your impact
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of analytics products by liaising with stakeholders across various functions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, success metrics, and stakeholder expectations while identifying key technical dependencies.
- Direct the day-to-day operations of the analytics team, including task assignment, quality assurance, and proactive risk management to ensure scalable, efficient solutions.
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of experience in project management, with proficiency in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Strong Excel skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to guide cross-functional teams and present to diverse audiences.
- A detail-oriented mindset combined with the ability to see the big picture, complemented by a genuine curiosity to learn and solve problems.
- Fluency in English.
