What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Analytics Platform Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and machine learning experts to build robust data warehouses that directly influence patient health outcomes.

What will you do?

• Develop foundational data pipelines that empower our analytics and business intelligence teams to succeed.
• Write complex transforms using Python and SQL within BigQuery to provide a clear, longitudinal view of patient health.
• Design and maintain scalable, high-performance pipelines capable of handling increasing data complexity and volume.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a seasoned professional with at least four years of experience in data engineering or a similar capacity. You possess a strong technical foundation and a desire to solve meaningful problems in the healthcare space. Your qualifications include:

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for daily data transformation tasks.
• Extensive experience building batch and real-time pipelines using Airflow and event-driven architectures.
• A deep understanding of cloud-hosted database environments and strategies for parallelization and large-scale data processing.
• Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative spirit.
• A proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to take ownership of complex technical challenges.
