What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to join our growing Data and Analytics chapter, which currently consists of over 30 professionals. This is a full-time, hybrid position where you will lead a team of data experts embedded within a product tribe. You will act as the vital link between raw data and our overarching business strategy, ensuring our product consistently exceeds user expectations.
What will you do?
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data professionals while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing and engineering to define key metrics and ensure data quality.
- Drive strategic analytics projects and promote a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of strategic thinking. We are looking for someone with:
- At least two years of experience leading analytics or data science teams, ideally within the e-commerce or marketplace sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical tools like Looker and Amplitude.
- Strong familiarity with experimentation methodologies and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with Spanish being considered a valuable asset.
- A pragmatic, quality-driven approach with a talent for storytelling and stakeholder management.
