The role
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a leadership position where you will spearhead our media experimentation strategy. You will collaborate across our organization to drive business performance by delivering actionable insights, sophisticated models, and data-driven solutions. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of our testing roadmap.
Core responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and guide our media experimentation roadmap while proactively identifying opportunities to optimize our acquisition strategy through media mix modeling and hypothesis testing.
- Own the tools and models that govern our performance measurement, ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and regularly refreshed to support high-level decision-making.
- Provide mentorship and professional development to your team of analysts, fostering a culture of high performance and scientific inquiry.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of technical expertise and leadership experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in an analytical or technical field, with a strong preference for a background in marketing or gaming.
- Proven experience in test planning, design, and execution, along with a minimum of 2 years managing and coaching data professionals.
- Technical proficiency in SQL and Excel is required, with additional experience in Python, Spark, or R preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data through data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
- A bachelor’s degree in a numerate field like Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
Compensation and benefits
