As a company recently recognized on the Built In Colorado Best Places to Work list, we pride ourselves on our elevated design and our commitment to thoughtful, high-quality craftsmanship. We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team and help us use data to grow our business and serve our community even more effectively.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a high-impact, hands-on position where you will act as a key partner to our Marketing, Product, and Operations teams. While this role does not involve managing direct reports, you will serve as a vital voice in our strategic planning. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating across departments to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape our future.
What will you do?
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for our internal teams, helping them apply data-driven insights to their daily decision-making processes.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer journeys, acquisition trends, and lifetime value to optimize our product development and overall business strategy.
- Establish enterprise-wide best practices for reporting and ensure that our data remains accurate, accessible, and easy for stakeholders to understand.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in an analytics function and a strong background in a quantitative discipline like mathematics, statistics, or computer science. You are a natural problem solver who can work independently and communicate complex findings to cross-functional partners. Your technical toolkit should include the following:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Strong experience with data visualization and modern reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- A solid understanding of data warehousing, relational databases, and dimensional modeling.
- Bonus points if you have experience in the e-commerce sector or possess skills in scripting languages like Python or R.
What's in it for you?
We work hard to foster a culture that values creative freedom, professional growth, and a healthy work-life balance. When you join our team, you will have access to the following benefits:
- Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance plans, which cover 100% of premiums for employees and up to 95% for dependents.
- A 401(k) matching plan to help you save for the future.
- A flexible vacation policy and paid time off to ensure you have time to recharge.
- The flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.
- Additional perks including a gym partnership with ClassPass and a year-end company bonus plan.
