Analytics Lead at Candidhealth

Welcome to Candid Health. We are a team dedicated to building transformative software for healthcare providers, and we are currently looking for our first Analytics Lead to join us. What is this role?

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States. We are looking for an experienced professional to step into a lead role where you will drive our data strategy. You will be instrumental in helping our engineering, product, and leadership teams make informed, data-driven decisions that directly impact the quality of care our clients provide.

What will you do?

• Analyze and visualize data to support a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring that our business strategies are backed by clear and actionable insights.
• Develop self-service solutions and internal tools that empower our teams to work more efficiently and independently.
• Design and implement high-value data products, including building robust, scalable data models that sit at the core of the value we deliver to our customers.

We are looking for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving problems that have a significant impact on our business. To be successful here, you should have the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in a data-intensive field such as math, science, engineering, or library science.
• At least 4 years of experience working with data at scale, including ETL processes and automation.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with modern data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and the ability to navigate complex data environments.
• Familiarity with our technology stack, which includes Python, Terraform, and dbt.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members in English.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $135,000 to $180,000 USD.
