Role at a glance
We are seeking an Analytics Lead for Operations to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Germany. This is a lead-level position where you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we support our global merchant network through advanced data infrastructure and strategic insights.
Your impact
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Oversee the integrity of our customer support data by building robust pipelines using DBT and Snowflake to ensure high accuracy across all channels.
- Partner strategically with Operations, Product, and AI teams to define measurement frameworks and actionable roadmaps that optimize our support network and drive business excellence.
What you'll need
- Proven experience in data analytics within the fintech or financial services sector, with a track record of translating complex data into clear business outcomes.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and translate business needs into technical models.
- Strong technical proficiency in DBT, Snowflake, Git, and Tableau for building infrastructure and delivering best-in-class visualizations.
- A deep understanding of product analytics, including experimentation, tracking, and defining success metrics for usability and engagement.
- Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex operational environment.
