What is this role?

We are seeking an Analytics Intern to join our team for a summer program running from June 15, 2026, through August 21, 2026. This is a hybrid position based in our Chicago office, where you will be expected to work on-site three days per week. As a student, you will be embedded within our Portfolio team, gaining hands-on experience by taking ownership of real projects that impact our daily production and business operations. You will receive mentorship from managers and teammates while also having the chance to network across the company through various social outings and professional events.

What will you do?

• Learn and apply the specific strategies, analytic techniques, and technologies that define our work at Enova.
• Develop, test, and enhance our internal models to refine our lending criteria and verification procedures.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses using financial and statistical tools to provide recommendations on marketing, risk management, and operational strategies.

What makes you a great fit?

We are looking for students currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027. You should be local to the Chicagoland area or prepared to relocate for the summer. To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Advanced programming skills to write custom code for data analysis.
• A solid working knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet applications and advanced statistical software.
• The ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• A self-directed, action-oriented mindset.
