We provide a collaborative platform that models the intricate digital advertising supply chain, empowering brands to measure and significantly decrease digital waste. By reducing carbon emissions and improving investment efficacy, we are tackling one of the most pressing challenges of our time. We are a globally distributed team of 100 professionals, backed by $20M in Series B funding led by GV. With over 70 customers and a leadership team that helped define the modern digital advertising landscape, we are experiencing rapid growth and looking for an Analytics Engineering Lead to help us scale.
Key outcomes
- Design and implement robust data models to support advanced analysis and modeling efforts.
- Create scalable frameworks and automation tools that turn data into actionable insights for our product and business teams.
- Partner closely with our Engineering, Product, and Data Science departments to foster a company-wide culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Establish comprehensive testing and validation protocols to ensure high data quality and organizational trust.
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team on architectural strategy and design.
- Develop clear documentation for all data workflows, models, and internal processes.
- Build intuitive dashboards and tools that allow stakeholders to interact with our data effectively.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience operating at a senior or leadership level.
- A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, engineering, or economics.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with a programming language like Python or Scala.
- Hands-on experience with modern data transformation tools, specifically dbt.
- Working knowledge of BI and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Metabase.
- Experience managing ETL workflows using frameworks like Airflow.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- A demonstrated history of building strong, productive partnerships across different business functions.
Preferred qualifications
- Advanced expertise in creating high-impact visualizations and dashboards.
- Proven ability to automate data tasks to improve system scalability.
- Experience working with large-scale distributed data processing frameworks, such as Spark.
