What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MD, MI, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA. We need a professional who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and is ready to take ownership of our data infrastructure and strategy.
What will you do?
- Collect, clean, and organize data from diverse sources to ensure high-quality inputs for our systems.
- Develop and maintain algorithms and predictive models that help us identify key business trends and behaviors.
- Collaborate across teams to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies and clear visual reports.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have at least 5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong foundation in the following areas:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and DBT.
- Proven expertise in data modeling and data visualization techniques.
- A track record of building stable, scalable data flows that connect production systems to end-user applications.
- Experience with training or fine-tuning large datasets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to think critically about complex problems.
- A humble, collaborative mindset and the flexibility to pivot between different types of projects as our team needs evolve.
