About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our data team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role where you will play a critical part in building robust data models and ensuring that information is consistent and accessible across our entire organization. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and functional leads to transform raw data into high-impact insights that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core data models using dbt to support essential business metrics and ensure data consistency.
- Lead the implementation of a self-serve analytics framework within Looker Enterprise to empower stakeholders to access the information they need.
- Drive data quality initiatives by establishing integrity guidelines, auditing existing models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement necessary improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data analysis, specifically focused on building pipelines and generating insights.
- Expertise in SQL for designing conceptual data models and establishing a reliable single source of truth.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau to support self-serve dashboards.
- Familiarity with BigQuery, GCP, Python, and dbt.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to managing priorities in a collaborative environment.
Location
This position is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid work model.
Compensation and Benefits
