Are you ready to use your technical expertise to help transform pediatric mental healthcare? At InStride Health, we are on a mission to provide insurance-based, virtual treatment for children and teens struggling with moderate to severe anxiety and OCD. We combine research-backed clinical care with innovative technology to bridge the gap in a broken system, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us expand access to the care families desperately need.
What you bring
We are searching for a mid-level Analytics Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As one of our first dedicated engineers in this space, you will play a vital role in building the infrastructure that allows us to scale our operations and improve patient outcomes. Your work will be central to our success in the healthcare and technology sectors.
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines to store and process large volumes of clinical and business intelligence data.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable reports and visualizations.
- Manage the ingestion of new data sources while applying engineering best practices like testing and code reviews to ensure high-quality, reproducible results.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics, or software development. You should have advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL processes, alongside a strong grasp of business intelligence tools. We value experience with relational and non-relational databases such as Redshift, Postgres, MySQL, and Snowflake, as well as familiarity with the AWS cloud environment. Beyond technical skills, we are looking for a professional who writes clean, readable code and understands software engineering best practices like version control. Since we operate in a fast-paced startup environment, you must be a flexible, independent worker who thrives on collaboration and shares our commitment to improving mental health outcomes.
What we offer
Joining our team means becoming part of a mission-driven organization where your work directly impacts the lives of children and their families. We offer a supportive, fully remote work environment that values your well-being and professional growth.
- A 401k plan with employer matching to help you plan for the future.
- The flexibility of a fully remote work environment.
How to Apply
If you are excited about the prospect of building data infrastructure that makes a real difference in pediatric mental health, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application to join our growing team and help us build a better future for the families we serve.
