We are GeoComply, a global leader in geolocation, cybersecurity, and anti-fraud innovation. We are seeking an Analytics Engineer to join our team in HCMC, Vietnam, to help us build impactful data products and provide actionable insights to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics outcomes and design robust data models.
- Develop and maintain scalable KPI dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools.
- Design and implement data quality processes to identify areas for system improvement.
- Own the full lifecycle of data pipelines, including design, development, and maintenance.
- Build version-controlled pipelines that incorporate unit testing and CI/CD best practices.
- Partner with data analysts and product teams to implement advanced analytics models.
- Automate reporting processes to simplify self-service support for our global customer base.
- Maintain a comprehensive data catalog to ensure a single source of truth across the organization.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the modern data stack, including Databricks, dbt, GitHub, Airflow, Fivetran, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in extracting and transforming data using SQL, Python, Spark, and AWS technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical data solutions.
