The role
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Denmark, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming our raw data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for building the infrastructure that drives our product development and strategic decision-making, working alongside cross-functional teams to ensure our data remains a reliable and powerful asset.
Core responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain our technical data infrastructure while developing production-ready, scalable data pipelines.
- Manage and evolve data models to convert raw information into high-quality, reliable assets that support our business goals.
- Utilize Python and SQL to perform advanced data manipulation, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to uncover new organizational opportunities.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in a technical analytical role or software engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data modeling and Python for building pipelines and performing statistical analysis.
- Hands-on experience with dbt, GitHub, and data lakehouse solutions, specifically Snowflake.
- A commitment to software engineering best practices, including writing maintainable and testable code.
- Strong skills in data wrangling, descriptive analytics, and a foundational understanding of machine learning concepts.
- Fluency in English to collaborate effectively within our international team.
