What you bring

As our first dedicated Analytics Engineer, you will be a founding member of our data organization, working in a full-time capacity at our United States location. You will be responsible for building the infrastructure that powers both internal insights and client-facing analytics. Your mid-level expertise in engineering, SQL, Python, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, and Mode will be essential to our success.

• Design, build, and maintain our core data models and ETL pipelines to ensure high-quality data flow.
• Establish and govern key business metrics to maintain consistency across all departments.
• Develop scalable data products and automated pipelines that convert ad-hoc requests into repeatable, efficient processes.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses at least two years of experience in building analytical systems, dashboards, and models. You should have a strong technical foundation in SQL and Python, along with hands-on experience managing modern data stacks. Beyond your technical skills, you must be a clear communicator capable of translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies. We value individuals who are comfortable working in a startup environment, possess a high degree of intellectual curiosity, and have a proven ability to manage and optimize data infrastructure for performance and compliance.

What we offer
