What you bring

We are looking for a mid-level Analytics Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Winnipeg, Canada. You will be a key player in building and maintaining the infrastructure that drives our data-centric culture. Your expertise in technology, Python, SQL, and data modeling will be essential as you work alongside our product and data science teams to deliver reliable insights. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining our core analytics infrastructure.
• Building and managing efficient ETL and ELT pipelines to handle data from diverse sources.
• Developing data models and managing our data warehousing solutions, with a focus on BigQuery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving complex data challenges. You should hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience. We look for at least three years of experience in data or analytics engineering. You must be proficient in Python, SQL, and shell scripting, and have a solid grasp of data visualization and warehousing. Excellent communication skills are vital, as you will be collaborating across departments. We value candidates who are proactive, analytical, and eager to stay current with emerging trends in the analytics space.
