Role at a glance
We are seeking a Mid-Level Analytics Engineer to join our Market Data team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, specifically at our office in Old Street, London. You will be instrumental in building the infrastructure for a new product that models market supply, demand, and pricing, directly influencing how our subscribers navigate the carbon landscape.
Your impact
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines that facilitate seamless data integration across our storage systems.
- Execute the extraction, transformation, and loading of complex datasets related to global carbon markets.
- Create and manage data visualization tools that allow our users to easily interpret and act on critical market insights.
What you'll need
- At least two years of professional experience in data or analytics engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and dbt for data modeling and transformation.
- Hands-on experience working with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Experience configuring dashboards in tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- The ability to work independently and proactively, paired with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to climate action.
- Current residency in London with the ability to attend in-person meetings regularly.
- Fluency in English.
