Analytics Engineer at FELLA

Aios Medical is on a mission to help people live at least 100 healthy years by accelerating the adoption of consumer biotech products. We are currently scaling our AI-powered clinical operating system, ClinicOS, to make direct-to-patient healthcare accessible globally, and we are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to take full ownership of our data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the flow of data from over 20 sources into our Redshift warehouse, ensuring reliability and minimizing manual intervention.
• Architect our data warehouse and manage dbt transformation logic to keep our pipelines efficient and scalable.
• Partner with our Growth and Product teams to define and track key metrics, such as CAC, CPL, and patient fulfillment times.
• Act as a solo operator to identify business needs, build the necessary backend logic, and ensure data is clean and trusted.
• Establish the foundations for a centralized, horizontal data team as we continue to grow.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of experience working with data, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on data engineering.
• Proven ability to build and maintain pipelines that sync multiple sources into a central warehouse like Redshift.
• Advanced proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for large datasets.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, startup environments.
• Experience managing teams and a desire to grow our data function.
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in tracking acquisition metrics like CAC and CPL.
• Experience with operational or product metrics within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Metabase.
• Practical knowledge of customer data platforms like Rudderstack.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $180,000 USD per year, including equity.
