Role at a glance
We are seeking a Mid-Level Analytics Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that can be performed from anywhere. You will play a central part in our data strategy, bridging the gap between technical infrastructure and business insights to ensure our data remains a reliable source of truth.
Your impact
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines using a modern stack including Airflow, Snowflake, and DBT.
- Create sophisticated data models that support complex analytics, such as user behavior analysis, A/B testing, and conversion attribution.
- Partner with our marketing, product, and tech teams to translate business requirements into high-impact technical solutions and intuitive Tableau dashboards.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in data engineering and a passion for scalable systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in analytics engineering, with deep expertise in ETL, data warehousing, DataOps, and data modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in DBT, SQL, and programming languages like Python or R.
- Full professional proficiency in English, with French considered a valuable plus.
- Familiarity with cloud data technologies, version control via Git, and data visualization tools.
