The role
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our operations team on a full-time, remote basis. Core responsibilities
- Refine our data iteratively and build robust models to empower the entire organization with self-service analytics.
- Organize complex datasets and perform sophisticated transformations using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and business users to answer critical questions and share insights through data storytelling.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in roles such as analytics engineer, data scientist, data analyst, or data engineer.
- Extremely strong coding capabilities, specifically with SQL for complex queries or Python for object-oriented scripting.
- Proven expertise in data modeling and integration.
- The ability to translate complex business processes into clear, actionable models and visualizations.
- A degree in Computer Science, Math, Economics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience with tools like dbt, Postgres, Redshift, Fivetran, or dlt is considered a plus, as is experience in B2B SaaS environments or machine learning.
Compensation and benefits
We are a fully distributed, global team that values asynchronous work and deep focus time. We offer a flexible environment where you can define your own schedule and work from anywhere in the world. Our culture is built on autonomy, continuous learning, and mutual support, ensuring that you have the space to do the best work of your career.
How to apply
If you are passionate about data and want to help us shape the future of business intelligence, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application through our portal, highlighting your experience with data modeling and your proficiency in SQL or Python. We look forward to reviewing your background and discussing how you can contribute to our growing team.
