What you'll be doing
- You will maintain and optimize our data infrastructure, working closely with tools like Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, Looker, and various GCP services.
- You will partner with analysts, engineers, and scientists to design reusable data models, build insightful dashboards, and establish best practices for our data architecture.
- You will act as a technical leader by mentoring team members, defining key business metrics, and driving a data-driven culture that empowers self-service analytics across the organization.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in quantitative analysis and engineering. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in data analytics with deep expertise in SQL.
- Over 7 years of hands-on experience with data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- At least 2 years of experience working with dbt, Python, and Git.
- At least 3 years of experience in data modeling.
- Proficiency with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, though a master's degree is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
What you'll get
