What you bring
We are seeking a mid-level Analytics Engineer to join our team in HCMC, Vietnam. In this full-time role, you will be a vital part of our data strategy, working closely with the Business Intelligence Manager to turn raw information into actionable insights for our customers. You will utilize a modern data stack including Databricks, dbt, GitHub, Airflow, Fivetran, Power BI, SQL, Python, Spark, and AWS to drive our reporting capabilities. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines while implementing robust data quality processes.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver comprehensive data products like dashboards and metrics.
- Building and managing version-controlled data workflows that support continuous integration and delivery.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should hold a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field. We require at least two years of hands-on experience with our modern data stack. You must be fluent in English, both in written and spoken communication, and comfortable working within an agile development environment. We value candidates who possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should be a collaborative team player who is comfortable working with diverse groups across different locations to achieve shared goals.
