We are looking for an Analytics Engineer who is ready to help us scale our clinical programs and turn complex data into life-changing insights.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level position that can be performed in a hybrid capacity. You will be instrumental in building the analytics foundation for our care complete initiatives, working at the intersection of clinical program management and technical data modeling. Whether you are working from home or from one of our hubs, you will play a key role in our mission to improve healthcare delivery.
Your impact
- Design and maintain scalable data models and pipelines using dbt to power reporting, metrics, and clinical insights within our Unified Data Warehouse.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders, product teams, and operations stakeholders to translate complex workflows into intuitive, well-documented data models.
- Operationalize AI and ML solutions by curating data that drives predictive modeling and impactful healthcare insights.
What you'll need
- Three to four years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and statistical programming with Python.
- Hands-on experience with dbt and cloud data warehouses like Redshift or Snowflake within an AWS environment.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on healthcare operations or clinical program management.
- A talent for dimensional modeling and the ability to design schemas that reflect real-world clinical workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of creating documentation and presentations that make data accessible to non-technical stakeholders.

The salary for this position is $130,000.
