As a Senior Analytics Engineer joining our team on a full-time basis, you will play a crucial role in our mission to connect customers with the food they love. We are looking for someone based in India who is ready to make a significant impact while growing their career in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This is a hybrid role, and you will be expected to work from our Hyderabad office two to three days each week.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented data sets that empower our data scientists and business users to make informed decisions.
Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to ensure that source data is modeled effectively to meet all downstream business requirements.
Drive the optimization and adoption of Looker as a primary data product, supporting our community of approximately 1,500 active users.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience working in analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence.
Advanced SQL proficiency and a strong grasp of data warehousing and data modeling principles.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based MPP data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
A solid understanding of version control practices and experience with Python for automation and integrations is highly valued.
Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, SQL ETL/ELT workflows, and managing script dependencies is considered a significant advantage.
