What you bring
As a Junior Analytics Engineer working in a full-time capacity, you will be at the heart of our data operations in France. You will help us refine raw information into valuable assets while ensuring that all medical data remains fully encrypted and anonymized. Your role involves collaborating across departments to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and meaningful medical outcomes.
- Model, build, and maintain robust datamarts within our data warehouse using SQL.
- Develop and manage efficient data pipelines using Python.
- Create and maintain high-level dashboards in Tableau to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has at least one year of experience in data engineering or a similar analytical role. You should have a solid grasp of data transformation processes and be comfortable working within a GitHub environment. Proficiency in both French and English is essential for this position, as you will be communicating with various stakeholders and medical experts. While technical skills in Google Big Query or dbt are a plus, we value a proactive, results-oriented mindset above all else. If you have experience with health data modeling or understand the importance of GDPR compliance, you will be a fantastic fit for our team.
