As a rapidly scaling fintech company, we are currently working toward obtaining a banking license and expanding our loan products into 11 new countries. We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team in Estonia on a full-time, on-site basis to help us build the future of finance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out our analytics roadmap by aligning it with our yearly product goals and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Provide mentorship to analysts to ensure they follow technical best practices and maintain high standards of excellence.
- Enhance the overall data experience for our employees by refining our model design, internal tooling, and operational quality.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience as an Analytics Engineer, specifically in delivering complex data pipelines and designing robust data models.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Practical knowledge of data warehousing tools, with a strong preference for dbt and Databricks.
- A background in handling financial data and regulatory reporting, ideally within a bank or credit provider setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across our engineering, product, and business departments.
