Role at a glance

We are seeking a mid-level Analytics Engineer / Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Engineering team. This is a full-time position based in Australia, operating in a hybrid work environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we use data to drive our global operations.

Your impact

• Design and execute data collection systems and analytical strategies that boost our overall statistical quality and efficiency.
• Clean and refine data sets by identifying and resolving code issues, ensuring our reporting remains accurate and reliable.
• Collaborate with management and product teams to translate complex data trends into actionable insights that guide business decisions.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a BI, data analytics, or engineering capacity.
• Advanced SQL proficiency tailored for reporting and analytics, with DBT experience considered a significant advantage.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboarding platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Apache Superset.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with postgraduate qualifications viewed favorably.
• Strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Fluency in English.
