About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Associate to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will serve as a vital part of our analytical culture, working closely with internal stakeholders, particularly within Finance. You will report to the Director of Analytics and use your expertise in data pipelines, modeling, and visualization to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop key metrics that align with business goals and support informed decision-making.
- Act as a strategic consultant to your partners, identifying opportunities to drive business value through advanced analytics.
- Design and implement robust data pipelines and models to ensure downstream data needs are met effectively.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience working in a data analyst or equivalent capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing data environments, including pipelines and models.
- A background in managing a client analytics portfolio, including conducting business reviews and strategic meetings.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Tableau.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation packages that reflect market conditions and the specific value you bring to our team. Our annual salary ranges are structured by geographic tiers:
- Tier 1: $100,000 to $118,000 USD
- Tier 2: $91,000 to $107,000 USD
- Tier 3: $82,000 to $96,000 USD
In addition to base salary, we provide hybrid work and remote work opportunities to support your professional life. Final offers are determined based on your unique experience, skills, and location, and may include additional bonuses and equity.
