What is this role?
We are looking for a Junior Analytics Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in New York, NY, requiring you to be in the office three days per week. You will play a vital role in our Analytics department, providing data-driven intelligence and solutions to stakeholders across the organization.
What will you do?
- You will partner with various business units to address questions regarding our datasets and provide actionable insights.
- You will collaborate with our commercial teams to standardize external reporting and develop self-service analytics tools that improve the client experience.
- You will take ownership of data deliverables by identifying the right data sources, building effective visualizations, and conducting deep-dive analyses on operational challenges.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in data analytics and a passion for solving complex business problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or Business.
- At least one year of professional experience in a technical data analytics or engineering role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in SQL using platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery, along with at least one year of experience using Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Sigma.
- A solid grasp of data warehousing, orchestration, and pipeline concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical partners.
- Prior experience in the media industry is a plus.
