What you bring

As a Junior Analytics Analyst for our Pricing and Profitability team, you will play a vital role in balancing risk management with financial growth. This is a full-time position based in the United States, operating in a hybrid work environment. You will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable strategies that influence our lending decisions and overall product success.

• Develop and refine sophisticated models to optimize pricing strategies across various customer segments.
• Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide our product development.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who combines technical proficiency with a sharp analytical mindset. You should hold a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in data science or analytics. Proficiency in Python or R is essential, as is the ability to work with relational databases like SQL. You should possess a strong foundation in applied statistical methods and machine learning. We value candidates who are self-starters, comfortable working independently, and possess a deep curiosity about the financial services and fintech industries.
